Tweede Kamer ('Second Living Room') has a 1930s-style interior with vintage furnishings and museum-quality decor. Staff are cannabis sommeliers. Open 365 days, 8am to 1am. Attracts students, artists, musicians, and writers as regulars near the Spui.
