Three gastrobar locations across Amsterdam (Sophialaan, Oriental/downtown, and Indonesia), each offering a different take on the same precision cooking. Sophialaan is the flagship: relaxed, considered, one Michelin star, and positioned between Vondelpark and the Museum Quarter. Book 2–3 weeks ahead.
